.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND
INLAND WATERS...High pressure will remain over the northeast
Pacific today, maintaining onshore flow across western Washington.
A disturbance arrives from the northwest late tonight, with
stronger winds through the Strait of Juan de Fuca as it passes. A
series of weak fronts likely reach the waters during the first
half of next week.
