.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND
INLAND WATERS...A rapidly deepening low will approach the outer
coastal waters and slow down through early Monday, with a strong
front crossing the local waters today. The low will weaken and
lift toward Vancouver Island on Monday, followed by another much
weaker disturbance Tuesday. An active pattern likely continues
through much of the upcoming week.
