The northern outer waters will continue to experience northwesterly gales through the remainder of the evening before diminishing early Friday morning. Rough seas will persist, especially over the outer waters but will also begin to subside into Friday. Relatively light onshore winds develop Friday into the weekend with light rain returning by the middle of next week.
