Widespread strong northerly winds hazardous to small craft are expected Friday through Sunday in the inner and outer waters with the bays remaining sheltered. Frequent gale force gusts in the northern outer waters and infrequent gale force gusts in the southern outer waters are to be expected. Rough to very rough seas are expected Friday through Sunday before wave heights begin to abate Monday.
