SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS
A thermal
trough along the coast deepens today into Tuesday, with gusty
north winds and steep to very steep wind driven seas returning.
Advisory level conditions are expected by this evening, with
conditions worsening on Tuesday south of Cape Blanco. Very steep
and hazardous seas are possible Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday,
mainly south of Gold Beach, with north gales possible Tuesday and
Wednesday. Winds ease late Wednesday into Thursday, however, steep
seas will likely continue through Thursday evening.
