SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS
Gusty northerly
winds, peaking at gale force south of Port Orford, and steep to
very steep seas are expected tonight into early Tuesday. Winds
ease Tuesday into Wednesday, but seas remain steep to very steep
due to residual short period waves. Conditions are expected to
improve gradually beginning Wednesday, but fresh swell could 
allow steep seas to persist into Thursday.
