SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS
A thermal
trough will redevelop early Monday with strong, gusty north winds
that will likely produce steep seas through Tuesday south of Cape
Blanco. The thermal trough will strengthen Wednesday and Thursday
with the potential for gales and very steep hazardous seas south
of Cape Blanco and conditions hazardous to small craft expanding
north of Cape Blanco.
