Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 16Z, or 9 AM PDT, a 1024 MB surface high
was located 900 NM W of Point Conception. A 1015 MB low was
centered in Arizona. A weak cold front will move across the
waters today.
