.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 16Z, or 9 AM PDT, a 1025 MB high was
centered in Idaho with a ridge extending to a 1022 MB high about 200
NM west of Seattle. A 1011 MB thermal low was centered in Arizona.
The high off Seattle with move southward and strengthen through
Friday.
