SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS
Extremely chaotic, steep,seas will pose a significant risk of capsizing vessels and will severely reduce visibility. Following a very brief lull by late Wednesday morning and early afternoon, a second storm system will result in a prolonged period of Storm to Gale Force southerly winds. Combined wave heights of 16 to 20 feet are expected by Thursday. Strong thunderstorms will add to the threats by Thursday evening, lasting into Friday morning.
