SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS
Northerlies will turn light Tuesday alongside a moderate mid period westerly swell around 8 feet. Winds then strengthen to strong breezes on Wednesday, with the strongest winds across the outer waters building short period seas over 10 feet. Hazardous seas for small craft will likely continue into Thursday as strong breezes and large steep northerly waves continue, especially in the outer waters.
