SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS
Northerly gales remain
for the outer waters early this morning. Slight easing to
moderate breezes expected for much of the coastal waters by
midday today. Locally stronger winds for the far northern outer
waters through today. Seas remain low through the weekend. A
frontal passage early next week will increase wind speeds and sea
heights from Tuesday through the coming work week.
