SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS
A westerly swell subsides today, as additional westerly swell arrives this evening, keeping seas elevated. Tomorrow, southerly winds increase, especially north of Cape Mendocino, as frontal system passes. Isolated near- gale force gusts are possible north of Cape Mendocino right at the frontal boundary midday tomorrow. Northerly breezes are forecasted to return tomorrow night.
