SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS
A rapid and brief increase of southerly winds has begun this afternoon as low pressure skirts the area. Isolated near-gale to gale force gusts are possible with the strongest winds. After the frontal passage, gentle to moderate NW winds develop on Sunday. The sea state will be dominated by wind driven waves and several minor swells through Sunday.
