SYNOPSIS
High pressure will persist over the southeast U.S. while  slowly
moving east through the weekend into Monday. A strong cold front
will sweep through the central Gulf coast region Monday night. A
large high pressure ridge will build southeast across the southern
plains and central Gulf coast region in the wake of the cold
front through mid week.
