SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) south to southeast flow is expected tonight into Thursday morning. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution tonight. Winds weaken to a gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) onshore breeze Friday and shift to the east to northeast Friday night or Saturday as a cold front approaches the coastal waters. Low to medium chance for showers and thunderstorms expected tonight through Thursday, then increasing to a high chance Thursday night through the weekend.
