channel out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

Weak south to southeasterly flow will continue through tonight,
shifting northeasterly in advance of an approaching cold front.
The cold front is expected to pass through the waters Saturday
evening. Areas of fog will continue tonight through Saturday
morning, with dense sea fog restricting visibilities below one
nautical mile. A Marine Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for the
bays and nearshore waters through Saturday morning. Gradual
improvement is possible during the late afternoon into evening
hours as a weak front moves into south Texas. Weak to moderate
southeasterly flow can be expected Sunday through Thursday,
becoming moderate to strong Monday Night and Tuesday Night. Sea
fog will be possible in bays and nearshore waters off and on
through the period.
