out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

Patchy fog will continue across the nearshore waters and bays
this morning. A strong cold front will move through the area this
afternoon delivering strong northerly winds. Some showers and a
few thunderstorms are expected with the front. A Gale Warning is
in effect this afternoon through Tuesday afternoon for the Gulf
waters, while Small Craft Advisories will in effect for the bays
in wake of the front. Small Craft Advisory conditions will then
likely linger through Wednesday morning. Weak to moderate onshore
flow will resume Wednesday night and Thursday, then turn northerly
by Friday night behind the next weak front.
