out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

Increasing moisture today will lead to chances for showers and a
few thunderstorms mainly this afternoon and tonight. A moderate
onshore flow will persist through tonight before becoming
offshore behind a weak boundary on Sunday. Conditions in offshore
waters  may approach Small Craft Advisory criteria this afternoon
and  evening. A weak onshore flow returns by Monday increasing
the  probabilities of showers for Monday night into Tuesday ahead
of a  cold front. The cold front is expected to move off the
coast  Tuesday.
