Gulf coastal waters from Bonita Beach to the mouth of the Suwannee River out to 60 NM.

The wave heights are forecast as significant wave height which is the average of the highest one-third of the waves. The highest waves may rarely be twice the significant wave height. The winds and seas near thunderstorms may be higher than forecast.

SYNOPSIS

Marine conditions remain quiet over the next few days with southwesterly flow less than 15 kts. The one concern each day will be showers and storms that develop over the waters, likely overnight and early morning hours. Wind pattern will begin to transition on Tuesday with winds becoming more southeasterly through the end of the period. This will favor convection over the waters later in the afternoon and evening hours. Elevated winds and seas as well as frequent lightning are possible in any storm.
