SYNOPSIS
Generally favorable boating conditions last through
midday, before poor conditions develop offshore this afternoon.
While offshore winds briefly increase, seas do not build much in
response. Intermittent showers today, especially over the Gulf
Stream, as a weak low pressure system lifts northeastward. A
strong cold front is forecast to push across the waters late
tonight into Thursday. Strong northwest winds will build seas,
bringing back hazardous boating conditions through Friday morning.
High pressure builds overhead Friday, allowing winds and seas to
decrease into Saturday. Poor to hazardous conditions are
reintroduced Sunday into early Monday, as another cold front
moves across the waters.
