Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters

A cold front currenlty stalled just south of ENC will lift back northward as a warm front today before again swinging southward as a cold front Friday night. An area of low pressure will develop along this front Saturday before moving farther offshore Sunday. High pressure then builds back in by early next week.
