Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters

Arctic high pressure then builds into the area tonight into
Saturday. High pressure slides off the coast Saturday night and
Sunday as weak coastal trough and low pressure develop off the
southeast coast. High pressure builds in from the west early next
week.
