SYNOPSIS

Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible
today as a frontal boundary over the Lake Region slowly pushes
northward. The Small Craft Advisory for the Atlantic has been
extended due to lingering wave action in the Gulf Stream, but
conditions should gradually improve over the next day or so. A
cold front will push through the area tomorrow with winds
becoming northwesterly in its wake. However, hazardous boating
conditions are not expected in the wake of this front. Another,
stronger front should push through the area around midweek next
week.
