New Jersey and Delaware Coastal Waters and Delaware Bay

ANZ400-150600-
102 PM EDT Sun Aug 14 2022

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
High pressure will begin to weaken and push offshore tonight. An
upper trough will dig into the east coast Monday and a closed upper
low will develop on Tuesday resulting in a period of showery
conditions with below normal temperatures early in the week. A
coastal surface low will slide to our south, then slowly push up the
coast during the early and middle part of the week bringing
additional rain chances to the area. The low will pull off to the
north and leave isolated showers in its wake on Thursday, before dry
conditions return Friday with moderating temperatures.
