Low pressure developing offshore and high pressure located north of the region will keep persistent northeast flow in place through the week. The low looks to make its closest approach to the region late this week into this weekend. Breezy conditions and coastal hazards are likely to impact the area. High pressure looks to return to the area by early next week.
