.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

High pressure over the Canadian Maritimes continues to drift out to
sea. Meanwhile, several weak clipper systems will move across the
region through Tuesday. A cold front crosses the area Wednesday
night. Arctic high pressure builds east for Thanksgiving and moves
offshore on Friday. Another storm system may affect the area next
weekend.

gusts up to 20 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less, then around 3 ft after
midnight. Swell mainly from the SE with a dominant period of
9 seconds.  A chance of rain in the late evening and overnight.
