Synopsis for the Long Island and Connecticut coastal waters

A frontal wave passes south of the waters early this morning. High pressure then briefly returns into this evening. Another frontal wave impacts the waters Thursday into early Friday. High pressure noses in from the northeast for Friday into Saturday, followed by a cold front passage Saturday night. High pressure should then remain in control on Sunday.
