Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River MA out to 25 NM

A weak low will pass just south and east of the waters today. A
stronger low will take roughly the same track on Tuesday. An arctic
front will cross the waters Wednesday night, followed by a gusty
northwest flow on Thursday and Friday.
