Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

A series of low pressure systems will move up across the waters
overnight and Monday afternoon. A cold front then sweeps the rain
out to sea by Monday evening. Low pressure passes across the
waters Tuesday bringing another chance of rain. High pressure then
builds cold and dry weather for Wednesday and Thanksgiving Day.
