Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

Rather quiet conditions through Friday with high pressure building into the region. A quick moving low pressure system Friday night into early Saturday is followed up with an Arctic cold front, bringing the great of Gale or Storm Force wind this weekend and moderate to heavy freezing spray for all the waters.
