Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

High pressure brings fair skies and light wind today. Low pressure
moving up the coast tonight will bring gale to storm force east to
southeast winds. These winds will shift out of the southwest Monday
afternoon. High pressure builds across the waters midweek, bringing
diminishing wind.
