Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

Low pressure moves into New England today, a secondary low pressure develops over south coastal waters and moves into the Gulf of Maine. High pressure builds over the southern waters Thursday and moves offshore Friday. Strong low pressure could move into the Great Lakes on Saturday as a warm front lifts north into the waters. A cold front will cross the waters Sunday with gusty winds.
