Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

A cold front sweeps across the waters late tonight and early Fri
followed by gusty NW winds turning N Fri. High pres builds over  New
Eng Fri night, moving south of the waters Sat. Another cold  front
will move across the waters late Sun or Sun night. High pres builds
briefly over the waters on Mon.
