Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

High pressure builds into New England this evening. A weak area of
low pressure tracks south of the waters overnight into Wednesday
morning. The remnants of Tropical Storm Zeta move over the waters
late Thursday into Friday with a period of Northeast gales. High
pressure follows Friday evening into Saturday.
