High pressure moves offshore tonight into Wednesday. An arctic
cold front crosses the waters Thursday then stalls along the
southeast coast Thursday night. Weak low pressure develops along
this front Thursday night into Friday with a potentially stronger
low developing and tracking northeast late Friday into Saturday.
