SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS
A cold front over
the central waters will move south as it weakens today, and will
dissipate by tonight. A coastal trough will develop today and
strengthen tonight, then weaken on Thu. A weakening high pressure
ridge will move SW of the area Thu night into early Fri. A cold
front will move SE into the waters late Fri, then pass S of the
area Sat night. High pressure will build across the area on
Sunday.
