SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS
A high pressure
ridge just W of the area will persist while slowly weakening
tonight through Sat night. A weak area of low pressure will move
SW of the area Sat night and Sun, then remain nearly stationary S
of the area Sun night through Tue night. The USCG remote
communications facility Point Reyes is experiencing technical
difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We apologize
