SYNOPSIS
A high pressure ridge over the far W portions will persist through Mon, drift NW Mon night, then stall again NW of the waters Tue into Thu night while gradually strengthening. A coastal trough will weaken tonight, then redevelop Sun night. The coastal trough will persist into Tue before weakening again Tue night into Wed. The trough will redevelop again Wed night and persist through Thu night.
