SYNOPSIS
One cold front extending SW from near Georges Bank this evening will move E tonight. It will immediately be followed by a second, stronger cold front gradually moving E across the waters tonight and Thu. A series of surface troughs will then move through the area Thu night and Fri. High pressure will build in late Fri and Fri night. As high pressure moves E Fri night, a warm front will approach from the S, moving into the S waters Sat. The front will remain nearly stationary over or near the waters Sat night and Sun, then low pressure will move NE along the front, and move over or near the E waters Sun night. Surface troughiness will be in place behind the low Mon. High pressure will build in briefly early Mon night, then another cold front moves into the waters late Mon night.
