Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS
A strong cold front will move E across the area today and tonight. High pressure will build across the waters Fri, then shift E of the region Fri night as a warm front lifts N across the northern waters. Another strong cold front will move E across the area Fri night into Sat. The front will stall across the southern waters Sat night, then lift N as a warm front Sun and Sun night. Yet another strong cold front will approach from the W Mon, then move E across the area Mon night.
