offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
High pressure will move E
across the area tonight while a cold front approaches from the W.
The front will move rapidly E across the waters later tonight
into early Thu. A low pressure trough will move SE over the area
Thu night. High pressure will rebuild over the region Fri, then
persist through early Sat. Another cold front will move E across
the waters later Sat through Sat night, with yet another high
moving in on Sun. A third cold front will move E through the
waters Sun night into early Mon, with another high moving into
the region later Mon and Mon night.
