New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
A weak warm front will move NE
over the Gulf of Maine tonight. Another warm front will approach
from the S later night and early Wed. Low pressure will quickly
pass over the far southern waters Wed. High pressure will move
over the region Wed night. Another cold front will approach the
region from the W Wed night. Low pressure will form along the
front near Long Island Thu, then deepen rapidly while tracking
quickly NE across the waters Thu night. The low will track NE of
the area later Thu night into Fri as the associated cold front
moves well E of the waters. A pair of low pressure troughs will
cross the area Fri and Fri night. High pressure will build across
the area Sat into Sun, then shift E of the waters Sun night.
Another cold front will approach the coast late Sun night.
