New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
A low pressure trough will pass through the waters early today as a high pressure ridge builds over the region. The ridge will shift E of the area later today into tonight. Low pressure will move along the New England coast Fri night into Sat while pulling a strong cold front across the area. A series of low pressure troughs will move through the waters late Sat through Sat night. High pressure will build E over the region Sun, then shift E of the area Sun night. A warm front will lift through the waters Sun night and early Mon, followed by another strong cold front Mon night into Tue. A secondary cold front will move through the area Tue night.
