New England continental shelf and slope waters from 60 nm offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
Low pressure will move offshore just S and E of Long Island this afternoon into tonight while pulling a cold front through the waters. The low will slowly push E of the area during Fri. High pressure will build E into the waters Fri night, and then slowly settle S and SE of the area Sat into early Sun. Another cold front will approach from the NW Sun, then move S and SE over the waters Sun night. The front will stall and weaken S of the waters Mon as high pressure builds E over the area. The high will move off to the E and SE of the waters Mon night.
