SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS

Light to gentle northerly winds are expected through Tuesday due to
the effect of high pressure in the western Atlantic and Tropical
Storm Epsilon well northeast of the local area. A northeasterly swell
generated by Epsilon is forecast to enter and spread across the
Atlantic waters from Tuesday onwards. This will result in
deteriorating and hazardous seas for the rest of the work-week and
possibly into the upcoming weekend as a secondary northerly swell is
also forecast to follow.
