SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

A trough of low pressure along the outer coast will shift
eastward across the panhandle Saturday. Meanwhile, high pressure
will be centered over Yukon and Pacific NW. A front will move
across the gulf from the SW Sunday night.
