SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

Another weak low will move across the SE Gulf and southern
panhandle Friday night into Saturday. A stronger low moves into
the area Sunday with gales developing over the central and SE
Gulf and storm force winds over the NE Gulf.
