SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

A front will remain across the southern panhandle through Tue. A
weak low will develop and move NE to the southern outer coast of
SE AK by late Tue morning, then move inland across the southern
panhandle Tue afternoon. A small low over the NE gulf will drift
SE and weaken through Tue.
