SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

Main impact will continue to be fog with fairly benign wind and seas. The northern inner channels will see northerly and easterly outflow winds. Winds and seas will begin to increase this weekend in the as the ridge breaks down and a low moves into the Gulf.
