SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

A weak ridge will build over the SE gulf Wednesday. A low
pressure system will develop over the northern gulf Wednesday
night and drift SE into the eastern gulf through thursday night.
 The associated weather front will move into the eastern gulf
Wednesday night into Thursday.
