SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHWEST COAST

A 1011 mb low 300 NM northwest of Utqiagvik will move north and
weaken. A low pressure trough along the West Coast of Alaska
will move east to Utqiagvik by 4pm Tue, and east of Demarcation
Point by 4pm Wed. A weather front over Northeast Russia will move
along the Dateline on Tue PM, and then move east across the North
Slope of Alaska Tue night through Wed night. A low will move into
the southern Bering Sea on Wed. A stronger low will move into the
southern Bering Sea on Thu.
