SYNOPSIS FOR FAR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST

AT 2 AM... A 1017 MB HIGH WAS 600 NM WEST OF SAN DIEGO AND A 1013
MB LOW WAS OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF CALIFORNIA. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL BRING STRONG
WESTERLY WINDS AND STEEP NORTHWEST SWELL SATURDAY...WHICH WILL
PRODUCE CONDITIONS HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT. WINDS WILL DECREASE
SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
