HIGH WAS JUST OFF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY COAST AND A 1017 MB LOW
WAS NEAR NEEDLES. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING
THEN STRENGTHEN TO MODERATE STRENGTH LATE TODAY THROUGH THE
WEEKEND. WINDS MAY PICK UP FURTHER ON MONDAY...WITH GUSTY WINDS
CONTINUING ON TUESDAY. TWO WEAK STORM SYSTEMS MAY BRING LIGHT
