SYNOPSIS FOR FAR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST

AT 2 PM...A 1003 MB LOW WAS OVER SOUTHERN UTAH AND A 1028 MB HIGH
WAS 200 NM WEST OF SAN FRANCISCO. GUSTY WEST-NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY...WITH AN ELEVATED WEST SWELL BUILDING
THROUGH TONIGHT. THIS WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS WINDS AND SEAS THROUGH
THE PERIOD. WINDS WILL DECREASE SLIGHTLY FOR THE END OF THE
WEEK...WITH A DISTURBANCE CREATING RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS OVER THE
AREA SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
