SYNOPSIS FOR FAR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COAST

AT 1 PM...A 1030 MB HIGH WAS OVER EXTREME NORTHEAST NEVADA AND A
1015 MB LOW WAS NEAR IMPERIAL AIRPORT. PATCHY FOG WITH VISIBILITY
1 SM OR LESS WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN BECOME MORE
WIDESPREAD TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING. A LARGE WEST-NORTHWEST
SWELL COULD BRING 9 TO 10 FOOT SEAS OVER THE OUTER WATERS SOUTH OF
SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND THROUGH TONIGHT. WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY...THEN WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN
MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY. MODERATE SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP
WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING TROUGH...WITH
CHANCES FOR SHOWERS THURSDAY.
