AT 9 AM PDT...A 1017 MB HIGH WAS 30 NM SOUTHWEST OF SAN DIEGO AND A
1009 MB LOW WAS OVER EASTERN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE COASTAL
WATERS AT TIMES THROUGH LATE THIS MORNING. WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
