WA COASTAL WATERS TODAY. THE SURFACE LOW WILL DEEPEN TO NEAR 990 MB
AS IT TRACKS NE INTO VANCOUVER ISLAND TONIGHT. STRONG SOUTHWESTERLY
ONSHORE FLOW OVER THE WATERS WILL EASE THU NIGHT. LIGHTER FLOW WILL
DOMINATE ON FRI...THEN ANOTHER FRONT REACHES THE AREA SAT.
