.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND INLAND
WATERS...ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT WITH HIGH PRESSURE OVER
THE EASTERN PACIFIC AND LOW PRESSURE INLAND. LOW LEVEL FLOW TURNING
NORTHERLY LATE SATURDAY AS THE HIGH BUILDS INTO SOUTHERN BRITISH
COLUMBIA. OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED ON SUNDAY WITH LOWER PRESSURE
ALONG THE COAST. THE FLOW WILL TURN BACK ONSHORE ON TUESDAY.
