.Synopsis for the northern and central Washington coastal and
inland waters...Northeasterly flow has increased this evening
behind a weak low that has moved into Oregon. Winds will decrease
toward morning. Another weak low will move southward through the
coastal waters Wednesday and Wednesday evening. A stronger system
will move into the waters on Friday and will affect the area
through the weekend.
