SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS

A THERMAL TROUGH WILL DEVELOP IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
TONIGHT...THEN BUILD NORTH INTO THE SOUTHERN OREGON WATERS ON LABOR
DAY. THIS WILL BRING STRONGER NORTH WINDS WITH STEEP WIND DRIVEN
SEAS ON MONDAY AFTERNOON. MODERATE TO LOCALLY STRONG NORTH WINDS
AND STEEP WIND WAVE DOMINATED SEAS WILL THEN CONTINUE THROUGH
THURSDAY WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO.
