SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS
A THERMAL
TROUGH NEAR THE COAST AND OFFSHORE HIGH PRESSURE ARE SLOWLY
WEAKENING BUT WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE STRONG NORTH WINDS AND
STEEP TO VERY STEEP CHOPPY SEAS TODAY AND TONIGHT. WINDS WILL BE
STRONGEST IN THE OUTER WATERS SOUTH OF CAPE BLANCO. A COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE ONSHORE TUESDAY EVENING WITH SEAS BUILDING INTO
WEDNESDAY. OFFSHORE HIGH PRESSURE AND A THERMAL TROUGH WILL BOTH
REBUILD THURSDAY.
