.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 09Z...or 2 AM PDT...a 1021 MB surface high
 was located 150 NM S of Point Conception and a 1010 MB thermal low
was across nrn Nevada. A long period southerly swell will continue
to move through the waters into early this morning.
