BUILDING 500 NM WEST OF POINT CONCEPTION WHILE A 1008 MB THERMAL LOW
SETTLES OVER SOUTHWEST ARIZONA. THE HIGH WILL SLOWLY EXPAND AND BUILD
SLIGHTLY INTO NEXT WEEK.
