.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 04Z...or 8 PM PST...A 1018 MB surface low was
about 500 nm northwest of Point Conception. This low is forecast to
move south, off the West Coast through Wednesday, bringing a slight
chance of rain to the northern outer waters Wednesday afternoon.
