.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 11Z...or 3 AM PST...a 1023 mb high was
located 500 NM SW of Point Conception. A 1017 mb low was centered in
Arizona. A large, long period NW swell will affect the waters
tonight through Wed night. An even larger NW swell may affect the
waters Thu through Sat.
