SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION BEFORE SUNRISE
FRIDAY...RESULTING IN A MODERATE NORTHEASTERLY FLOW DEVELOPING.
THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO RELAX AND BECOME SOUTHEAST SATURDAY.
A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST SATURDAY THEN WEAKEN
EARLY SUNDAY AS A STRONG COLD FRONT APPROACHES.  THE
COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING...PRODUCING STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IN ITS WAKE BY SUNDAY
NIGHT. THE STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO DECREASE THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON AND BECOME NORTHEAST.
