ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...AS
LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS...WITH SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY CONDITIONS DEVELOPING. A WEAK BOUNDARY WILL THEN LIKELY
MOVE OFFSHORE WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH WINDS BRIEFLY SHIFTING
NORTHEAST. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. ONSHORE
FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AS LOW PRESSURE ONCE
AGAIN DEVELOPS AND DEEPENS OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS.
