SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EASTWARD
ACROSS THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY
MORNING. NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO EXIT
THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT...WITH MUCH DRIER
ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS FILTERING ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT AND
INTO SUNDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE WATERS SUNDAY NIGHT
THROUGH EARLY MONDAY MORNING...AND RESULT IN A MODERATE NORTH
FLOW. WIND WILL DECREASE SIGNIFICANTLY BY LATE TUESDAY AS THE
CENTER OF A SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE COAST.
ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BY LATE WEDNESDAY AND CONTINUE THURSDAY
AS THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES EAST.
