Middle Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Matagorda ship channel
out to 60 nautical miles.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3
of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest
10 percent of the waves.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A weak to moderate offshore flow is expected today followed by
predominate weak offshore flow tonight and early Friday. Light
onshore flow will develop by Friday afternoon then continue
through Saturday. Winds will briefly become northeast Sunday as a
weak frontal boundary moves across the region. Weak onshore flow
returns by Sunday evening, continues on Monday, with the flow
increasing slightly Monday night as low pressure develops in the
Southern Plains.
