OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST

SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY
AS AN UPPER LEVEL WEATHER DISTURBANCE APPROACHES THE REGION.
PATCHY FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT CLOSER TO SHORE AND ACROSS
AREA BAYS. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY AS
THE WEATHER DISTURBANCE MOVES THROUGH. A STRONG COLD FRONT IS
FORECAST TO PUSH SOUTH ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST FRIDAY NIGHT
WITH STRONG TO VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND HAZARDOUS SEAS
DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE. WINDS AND SEAS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE
SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THERE IS A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS AHEAD AND ALONG THE COLD FRONT. A CHANCE OF RAIN IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND. RAIN CHANCES WILL
DECREASE EARLY NEXT WEEK.
