SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

ONSHORE WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN TODAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD
FRONT. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
OFF SHORE WATERS TODAY. THE COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS
THE AREA EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. ISOLATED SHOWERS ARE POSSIBLE
AHEAD AND ALONG THE FRONT. A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW
WILL PREVAIL AFTER THE FRONTAL PASSAGE WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT...BEFORE DIMINISHING ON THURSDAY. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME
BY FRIDAY...AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL
COMBINE WITH A COASTAL TROUGH AND A WEAK UPPER LEVEL TROUGH TO
PROVIDE A CHANCE FOR LIGHT RAIN...MAINLY LATE FRIDAY THROUGH
