SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

The frontal boundary which moved through South Texas Wednesday is
expected to stall just offshore over the offshore gulf waters
today, then move back north as a warm front overnight and Friday.
As a result, a generally weak to moderate northerly flow today
will become onshore by Friday afternoon. Areas of rain and patchy
fog can be expected this morning, with less rainfall overnight but
areas of fog overnight and Friday morning. Drier air will move
into the area on Friday, precluding the chances for rain. Breezy
south flow will develop Saturday with conditions flirting with
Small Craft Advisory levels. Another cold front may push across
area waters Saturday Night or Sunday with northeast flow returning
in its wake.
