WEAK ONSHORE FLOW
WILL STRENGTHEN TONIGHT AS LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS OVER THE SOUTHERN
HIGH PLAINS. MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE ON SATURDAY. MODERATE
ONSHORE FLOW WILL LINGER INTO SUNDAY...THEN DIMINISH MONDAY AS A
COLD FRONT APPROACHES SOUTH TEXAS. A MODERATE NORTH FLOW WILL
DEVELOP BEHIND THE FRONT MONDAY NIGHT. THE FLOW WILL DECREASE AND
BECOME NORTHEAST TO EAST TUESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.
