SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS

WEAK TO MODERATE EAST FLOW WILL GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN TO MODERATE
TO STRONG LEVELS THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH SEAS BUILDING AS A
RESULT. THE MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. IN ADDITION...AREAS OF HAZE WILL
PERSIST THROUGH THE END OF THE WORK WEEK. STRONG ONSHORE FLOW AND
LARGE SEAS WILL PERSIST INTO SATURDAY MORNING AND SLOWLY SUBSIDE
SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT WILL PUSH
