SYNOPSIS
A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL BECOME STATIONARY ACROSS
THE NORTH FLORIDA PENINSULA TONIGHT. THE FRONT WILL LIFT BACK
NORTHWARD THIS WEEKEND WITH AN ONSHORE WIND FLOW DEVELOPING ACROSS
THE REGION. AN INCREASING FETCH OF EASTERLY WINDS EARLY NEXT WEEK
WILL SLOWLY BUILD SEAS. A MORE SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE IN WINDS AND
SEAS IS POSSIBLE BY TUESDAY NIGHT OR WEDNESDAY AS HURRICANE
MATTHEW MOVES CLOSE TO THE BAHAMAS.
