SYNOPSIS
Strong high pressure off the Carolinas will cause onshore winds to freshen through the next couple days. Boating conditions worsen into today as the increasing onshore winds build local seas. Isolated showers return to the forecast and continue through the weekend, especially offshore. Some improvement to marine conditions is expected early next week.

GULF STREAM HAZARDS
Easterly winds near 20 knots increasing to around 25 knots by this evening. Seas building 5 to 7 feet through late afternoon and 7 to 8 feet tonight.
