LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER THE TEXAS GULF COAST
TODAY AND LIFT NORTHEAST TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TUESDAY. A
TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL TRANSITION DOWN THE FLORIDA PENINSULA
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...THEN A STRONGER COLD FRONT IS FORECAST TO
CROSS THE WATERS LATE THURSDAY OR FRIDAY.
