APPROACH LATER THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, THEN STALL ACROSS THE REGION
THIS WEEKEND. INCREASING SEAS DUE TO A NORTHERLY SWELL MAY NEAR
ADVISORY LEVELS ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE ATLANTIC WATERS BY FRIDAY
NIGHT INTO SATURDAY.
