WEAK LOW WILL MOVE UP THE SOUTHEAST COAST OVERNIGHT. A COLD FRONT
WILL SLOWLY APPROACH THE REGION TUESDAY...THEN STALL OVER THE AREA
WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE WILL FORM OVER THE MID ATLANTIC WEDNESDAY
NIGHT...USHERING THE FRONT OFF THE COAST THURSDAY MORNING. HIGH
