.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

Low pressure will move quickly to the north and east of the area
this morning. High pressure will build in from the west for the rest
of today through Friday. A low pressure system will move up the Mid
Atlantic coast on Friday, remaining well offshore. High pressure
then returns for the weekend. A weak low pressure system will move
through Sunday night into Monday with another system expected
around midweek.

of rain early this morning with vsby 1 to 3 NM.

TONIGHT
NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt,
diminishing to 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt after midnight.
Seas 3 to 4 ft until early morning, then 2 ft or less. Mainly in
N swell with a dominant period of 5 seconds.

W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Mainly in N swell
with a dominant period of 9 seconds. 

FRI NIGHT
W winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 15 to 20 kt with
