.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

Several weak waves of low pressure will move along a stalled
frontal boundary near Delmarva through Friday. An unseasonably
strong low pressure system will organize over the middle Atlantic
Friday night, and setup anchor off the Delmarva coast through
Monday, moving out to sea by Tuesday. Meanwhile, high pressure in
the upper Mississippi Valley on Monday will settle over the mid
Atlantic during midweek.

NW winds around 5 kt, becoming E in the late morning and
afternoon. Seas around 3 ft. Mainly in S swell with a dominant
period of 6 seconds.  Patchy fog in the morning. A chance of
showers and tstms in the afternoon. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.

SE winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 25 to 30 kt with
gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Mainly in SE swell with a
