Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

Tropical Storm Jose will become nearly stationary southeast of the
waters over the next few days and slowly weaken. Mariners can expect
the highest winds and heavier rain bands across the waters off the
south coast through Friday morning. Mariners should monitor the
latest forecasts from the National Hurricane Center at
www.nhc.noaa.gov.
