SYNOPSIS FOR MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND COASTAL WATERS

HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE FURTHER OFFSHORE TONIGHT WHILE LOW
PRESSURE DIVES SOUTHEAST FROM THE GREAT LAKES. TOWARD MORNING...A
COASTAL LOW WILL SPIN OFF THE SOUTH JERSEY COAST. THE 2 LOWS WILL
COMBINE AND BECOME A NOREASTER THEN HEAD TOWARD OUR SOUTHEASTERN
COASTAL WATERS LATE TUESDAY. THE NOREASTER WILL STALL NEAR
NANTUCKET WHERE IT WILL SPIRAL THROUGH THURSDAY. THE COASTAL STORM
WILL FINALLY LIFT NORTHEAST TOWARD NOVA SCOTIA FRIDAY. HIGH
PRESSURE WILL FOLLOW ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
