SYNOPSIS FOR MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND COASTAL WATERS

HIGH PRES WILL REMAIN CENTERED ACROSS QUEBEC SUNDAY AND THEN WILL
SHIFT OVER NOVA SCOTIA AND THE CANADIAN MARITIMES MON AND TUE. A
RAPIDLY INTENSIFYING LOW PRES SYSTEM WILL THEN PASS WELL TO OUR
WEST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES WED INTO WED NIGHT. THIS WILL BRING A
PERIOD OF STRONG WINDS AND HIGH SEAS TO THE WATERS. A FRONT FROM
THIS LOW WILL CROSS THE WATERS THURSDAY.
