Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters

Low pressure over western New York state early this morning will
head east across Northern New England this afternoon then
intensify rapidly into a Gale Center over the Gulf of Maine
tonight into Wed. Low pressure moving off the Delmarva peninsula
will scoot south of the waters on Thursday. Another low will
approach the waters Friday and Friday night, then head toward Nova
Scotia on Saturday.
