SYNOPSIS FOR MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND COASTAL WATERS

HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS TOWARDS THE WATERS TODAY. THE HIGH MOVES TO THE
CANADIAN MARITIMES LEAVING A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE WATERS
FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. ANOTHER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MAY APPROACH
THE WATERS LATE SATURDAY. HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO BUILD BACK OVER
THE WATERS ON SUNDAY.
