SYNOPSIS FOR MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND COASTAL WATERS

WEAK HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE WATERS TODAY. A COLD FRONT
DROPS SOUTH ACROSS THE WATERS LATE TONIGHT AND SUN AS STRONG HIGH
PRES BUILDS OVER THE MARITIMES. A STRONG COASTAL STORM WILL
SLOWLY TRACK UP NEAR NANTUCKET BY TUESDAY MORNING. THIS IS A
POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING STORM AND MARINERS SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO RETURN TO PORT THIS WEEKEND.
