SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS
A LOW PRES TROUGH ALONG THE
COAST WILL SLOWLY WEAKEN TODAY. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL PERSIST
ACROSS THE NW WATERS TODAY...THEN WEAKEN TONIGHT. A WEAK COLD
FRONT WILL DISSIPATE AS IT ENTERS THE NRN WATERS TONIGHT INTO
SUN. HIGH PRES WILL REBUILD TOWARDS THE AREA SUN THROUGH MON
NIGHT...PERSIST THROUGH TUE NIGHT...THEN SLOWLY WEAKEN WED INTO
THU NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL INTENSIFY ALONG THE NRN AND
CENTRAL COASTS SUN...PERSIST THROUGH TUE NIGHT...THEN DRIFT
OFFSHORE AND WEAKEN WED AND WED NIGHT. THE TROUGH WILL EXPAND
NORTH INTO OREGON THU AND THU NIGHT.
