OUTER WATERS FROM 150 NM TO 250 NM OFFSHORE.

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

HIGH PRES CENTERED SW
OF THE WATERS WILL STRENGTHEN AND MOVE W TODAY...THEN CONTINUE
DRIFTING SLOWLY W TONIGHT INTO SAT NIGHT WHILE GRADUALLY
WEAKENING. THE HIGH WILL MERGE WITH ANOTHER AREA OF HIGH PRES W OF
THE AREA SUN...THEN GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN SUN NIGHT INTO TUE NIGHT
AND IT DRIFTS BACK E TOWARDS THE AREA. A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL
PERSIST INLAND ACROSS WASHINGTON AND OREGON THROUGH SAT...THEN
WEAKEN SAT NIGHT INTO SUN. A DISSIPATING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SE
INTO THE WATERS LATE TODAY INTO TONIGHT. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE SE INTO THE WATERS LATE SUN AND SUN NIGHT...THEN
