Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS
A cold front across
the S waters will dissipate tonight. Then a high pres ridge will
briefly build across the northwest portion overnight. This ridge
will move W as a low pres trough develops along the coast Sun and
Sun night, persists Mon and Mon night, then weakens early Tue.
Another high pres ridge will build across the waters Tue and Tue
night and persist Wed through Thu night.
