SYNOPSIS
A strong low pres trough near the N California coast
will persist through Mon night, weaken Tue, then continue through
Thu night. A high pres ridge just NW of the waters will slowly
strengthen while drifting NW today and tonight, and stall NW of
the area Mon and Mon night. The ridge will slowly return SE while
slowly weakening Tue and Tue night, then persist just NW of the
waters Wed through Thu night.
