SYNOPSIS
A LOW PRES TROUGH WILL DEVELOP OVER INLAND PORTIONS
OF CALIFORNIA TONIGHT...THEN GRADUALLY STRENGTHEN AND SLOWLY
EXPAND NORTHWARD AND TOWARD THE COAST MON INTO TUE. THE TROUGH
WILL PERSIST NEAR THE COAST TUE NIGHT INTO WED NIGHT...THEN
GRADUALLY WEAKEN THU INTO FRI NIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL PERSIST NW OF
THE WATERS TONIGHT THROUGH FRI NIGHT...WHILE STRENGTHENING TUE
INTO WED.
