SYNOPSIS
A high pressure ridge will move E over the southern
and central waters tonight as a weakening cold front moves S into
the Gulf of Maine. The front will dissipate Tue as the high moves
off to the E of the area. A warm front will lift N into the
waters Tue night, as low pressure moves E from New England. The
low will move E over the region Wed with an associated cold front
moving SE over the waters. High pressure will begin to build E
toward the area Wed night as a low pressure trough moves SE over
the region. High pressure will cross the waters Thu, then move SE
of the area Thu night as low pressure passes N of the waters. The
high will persist to the SE of the waters Fri into Sat as a
series of low pressure areas pass N and then NE of the region. A
weak cold front will move S over the Gulf of Maine late Sat, then
become stationary over the central portion Sat night.
