OFFSHORE TO THE HAGUE LINE...EXCEPT TO 1000 FM S OF NEW ENGLAND

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
A STRONG LOW PRES CENTER NEAR
SW NOVA SCOTIA WILL MOVE OFF TO THE NE TODAY WHILE WEAKENING.
ANOTHER LOW OFF THE MID ATLC COAST WILL DRIFT NW TOWARDS THE
DELMARVA PENINSULA TODAY...THEN MOVE INLAND AND WEAKEN TONIGHT
INTO SAT. THE LOW WILL PUSH A WEAKENING OCCLUDED FRONT INTO THE
SRN WATERS TONIGHT INTO SAT. A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH FROM THE
NW SAT NIGHT...MOVE OFFSHORE SUN...THEN PASS E OF THE WATERS SUN
NIGHT WHILE AN ASSOCIATED LOW STRENGTHENS NE OF THE AREA. A WEAK
HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD TO THE COAST MON AND MON NIGHT...THEN
DRIFT OFFSHORE TUE INTO TUE NIGHT. A WARM FRONT WILL THEN LIFT NE
INTO THE WATERS TUE NIGHT.
