OFFSHORE TO THE HAGUE LINE...EXCEPT TO 1000 FM S OF NEW ENGLAND

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
A STATIONARY FRONT JUST SE OF
GEORGES BANK WILL REMAIN IN THIS VICINITY TONIGHT. LOW PRES ALONG
THE FRONT OVER GEORGES BANK WILL PASS N OF THE WATERS TONIGHT AND
WILL PULL THE FRONT JUST E OF THE WATERS THU. WEAK HIGH PRES WILL
BUILD E OVER THE WATERS TONIGHT...AND REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY
OVER THE WATERS THROUGH THU NIGHT BEFORE SHIFTING E OF THE AREA
FRI AND FRI NIGHT. THE STATIONARY FRONT WILL THEN DRIFT BACK TO
THE N AND NW OVER THE REGION AS A WEAK WARM FRONT THU NIGHT
THROUGH SUN WHILE APPROACHING THE COAST. THE FRONT WILL STALL
AGAIN SUN NIGHT AND DISSIPATE MON.
