SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

EARLY WED. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD OFF THE MID ATLC COAST
TODAY...DRIFT N TOWARD THE REGION TONIGHT THROUGH FRI NIGHT...THEN
MOVE OVER THE SW WATERS SAT AND SAT NIGHT. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL
MOVE SE THROUGH THE AREA WED NIGHT...AND PASS S OF THE WATERS THU.
A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT NE THROUGH THE AREA FRI AND FRI NIGHT.
ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE REGION FROM THE NW SAT...THEN
