New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
A stationary front will
persist near the Maine coast tonight, then will lift N as a warm
front early Wed. A cold front will slowly approach from the W
Wed, then move across the region Wed night. The front will stall
S of the area Thu and Thu night, then lift back N across the
waters as a warm front Fri and Fri night. Another weak cold front
will move across the waters late Fri night into Sat, stall just S
of the area Sat night, then lift NE across the waters as a warm
front Sun. Developing low pressure will move NE along the coast
late Sun and Sun night while pulling a cold front across the
waters.
