SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

ACROSS THE WATERS. A HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE W
TODAY...THEN DRIFT E ACROSS THE WATERS TONIGHT INTO FRI NIGHT.
ANOTHER DEVELOPING LOW WILL MOVE OFF THE MID ATLC COAST FRI
NIGHT...THEN TRACK E NEAR THE S WATERS SAT INTO SAT NIGHT. A LOW
PRES TROUGH WILL APPROACH FROM THE NW SUN...THEN PASS SE ACROSS
THE WATERS SUN NIGHT. ANOTHER HIGH PRES RIDGE WILL BUILD TO THE
