New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
A high pressure ridge will
pass E across the waters today. A weak cold front will move
offshore tonight, then dissipate over the area Thu. Weak low
pressure will pass S of the waters Thu into Fri. Another ridge
will build SE across the area Fri, then move slowly E over the
waters Fri night into Sat. A warm front will pass NE across the
area late Sat and Sat night. Another cold front will move SE
over the waters Sun and Sun night.
