SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

A COLD FRONT MOVING OFFSHORE

INTO TUE NIGHT WHILE MAINTAINING A RIDGE BACK ACROSS THE WATERS.
DEVELOPING LOW PRES WITH A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OFFSHORE TUE
NIGHT AND PASS E ACROSS THE WATERS WED. THE LOW WILL THEN
