New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
Tropical Storm Jose was
located near 39.2N 69.1W at 5 PM EDT today, and moving NE or 045
degrees at 07 kt. Jose will move to 39.5N 69.0W at 2 AM tonight,
to 39.6N 67.9W by 2 PM Thu, to 39.6N 68.3W by 2 AM Thu night, to
39.5N 69.2W by 2 PM Fri as a post-tropical low, to 39.3N 70.0W
by 2 PM Sat, to 39.3N 70.3W by 2 PM Sun, then to 39.4N 71.2W by
2 PM Mon. S to SE swell from Jose will impact the waters tonight,
and S to SE swell from Hurricane Maria will move through the
area Sat through Mon night. Refer to the latest National
Hurricane Center advisories on Tropical Storm Jose and Hurricane
Maria. Otherwise, a high pres ridge will build SE towards the
region tonight through Sat night, then weaken NW of the area Sun
and Sun night.
