OFFSHORE TO THE HAGUE LINE...EXCEPT TO 1000 FM S OF NEW ENGLAND

SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS
A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL SLOWLY
APPROACH FROM THE NW TONIGHT INTO WED...DRIFT SE ACROSS THE
WATERS LATE WED INTO THU...THEN BECOME STATIONARY JUST S OF THE
AREA THU NIGHT INTO FRI AS A WEAK LOW MOVES NE ALONG THE FRONT.
THE FRONT WILL THEN RETURN N ACROSS THE WATERS AS A WARM FRONT
LATE FRI AND FRI NIGHT. ANOTHER WEAK COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE
COAST FRI NIGHT...THEN PUSH SE ACROSS THE WATERS LATE SAT AND SAT
NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL STALL S OF THE AREA SUN. A SERIES OF LOW
PRES TROUGHS WILL MOVE SE ACROSS THE WATERS SUN AND SUN NIGHT.
