SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS

Weather conditions will continue to improve as an upper level ridge
builds across the region. An increase in winds will produce choppy
and dangerous seas across the local waters through at least the
weekend, particularly over the offshore Caribbean waters and Mona
Passage. Marine conditions will improve gradually by early next week.
