A WEATHER FRONT STRETCHING FROM THE YUKON DELTA TO
KOTZEBUE TO BARTER ISLAND WILL DRIFT SLOWLY NORTHWEST AND WEAKEN
THROUGH THURSDAY. HIGH PRESSURE NORTH OF THE ARCTIC COAST OF
ALASKA AND OVER NORTHEAST RUSSIA WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY. A
STRONG LOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE GULF OF ALASKA THURSDAY.
