SYNOPSIS
High pressure at 1021 mb 80 nm west of Banks Island
will move off to NE. A 1003 mb low in the central Chukchi Sea
will move to  Point Hope by Tue morning and E to Demarcation
Point by Wed  morning. A 1017 mb high will develop near Wrangel
Island Tue with  ridging extending NE over the northern Beaufort
Sea to persist  through Wed.
