SYNOPSIS
A STRONG 1037 MB HIGH PRESSURE CENTER 400 MILES NORTH
OF PRUDHOE BAY WILL BUILD TO 1044 MB THROUGH THU WHILE DRIFTING
NORTHWEST. A 1003 MB LOW NEAR KIVALINA WILL DRIFT NORTHWEST TO
WRANGELL ISLAND AND WEAKEN TO 1013 MB WED AM. BROAD LOW PRESSURE
WILL PERSIST OVER MAINLAND ALASKA WITH A WEAK TROUGH EXTENDING
INTO THE SOUTHERN ARCTIC PLAIN.
