SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA

High pressure lingers along the North Gulf Coast as the ridge moves into Southeast Alaska for Wed morning. A 1010 mb low at 52N 160W moves into the Eastern North Pacific at 1013 mb by Wed afternoon. Its front extends across just South of the Gulf through Wed afternoon.
