SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

An elongated area of low pressure over the northeast gulf will
move ashore Thursday night. A ridge of high pressure will build
over the Panhandle on Friday. Outlook. A strong low will move
into the AK gulf Saturday into Sunday.
