SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

Frontal bands with areas of heavy rain will move east across the
Panhandle Thursday and Friday. High pressure will persist south
of the Panhandle. Thunderstorms are possible Thursday over the
NE Gulf coastal waters.
