SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS

A low in the eastern gulf will weaken and slowly drift E, coming
ashore around Cape Decision by Tue morning. A weak high pressure
ridge will move over the eastern gulf Tue, and remain there
through Wed.
