PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY RISE OVER THE WEST COAST THROUGH MON AS LOW
PRESSURE IN THE GULF OF ALASKA WEAKENS AND HIGH PRESSURE OVER SIBERIA
FILLS IN. A STRONG STORM WILL DEVELOP OVER THE FAR SOUTHWEST
BERING SEA MON NIGHT. EAST WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE OVER THE
