SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC COAST

A ridge of high pressure will shift E along the Arctic Coast and
be centered over the Beaufort Sea Sun morning, then will continue
E towards Banks Island through Mon. A weak high pressure system
will build north of the northern Bering Sea over the Bering Strait
Saturday.
