BARROW MON AFTERNOON WILL PERSIST AS THE LOW MOVES TO 250 NM N OF
DEMARCATION POINT BY EARLY TUE MORNING. A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE
WILL BUILD E OVER THE ARCTIC COAST BEGINNING TUE MORNING AS A
RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES TO THE WESTERN ARCTIC WITH A 1024 MB
HIGH NEAR WRANGEL ISLAND TUE EVENING. THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO
MOVE E TO BE 200 NM N OF BARROW AT 1022 MB BY LATE WED EVENING.
