waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. synopsis, 29.8 inch high pressure ridging over eastern lake superior will drift eastward into southeastern ontario by early saturday morning. a 29.7 inch low will track across lower michigan saturday morning and be located over lake erie saturday afternoon. another ridge will begin to build over the upper great lakes saturday evening and continue building through the day sunday. it will be located over lake superior by monday morning with a maximum pressure of 30.3 inches and remain stationary through monday evening. the high will shift eastward into southern ontario monday night. a low pressure trough of 29.7 inches will lift northeastward across minnesota tuesday and be located over lake superior by wednesday morning and will quickly departs to the east wednesday evening.
