How can I get data certified for use in a court of law?

The National Data Buoy Center is not authorized to produce certified copies. The National Climatic Data Center, http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/about/ncdcordering.html#CERTIFICATION, is the only place that you can obtain certified copies of U.S. weather information. Contact them at http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov, or by calling (828) 271-4800, to request certification.
