Right whales are active off FL. Speed restrictions of 10 knots apply to vessels 65 feet or greater in specific areas and times along the U.S. East Coast. NDBC ADCPs are now quality controlled using automated methods. Historical and forty-five day files beginning 1 June 2010 are available in a new format that contains more QC information. The forty-five day files in the old format will be resident until approximately 31 July 2010.
